We have all heard that we should be exercising more, some may have heard that sitting is the new smoking. I feel that we should know how to exercise smartly. There are also patients who do not do any exercise whatsoever and I am happy to see you as well.
At the CWC, I will try to help you understand why exercise is important and how to maximise it in the
limited time we all have. This does not necessarily mean hitting the weights or the treadmill. Whether its HIIT training, stability exercises, zonal training, or even walking, it all counts and we will try to
build a programme around you, intertwining it with the other pillars (e.g., training on a fasted state, what are the pros and cons?).
